If you are looking for something sweet to eat this St. Patrick’s Day, you could create St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow Jello with some chocolate gold coins. If you want you could fill up a small cup, a mug, or a tall mug. Anyway, you and your friends and families definitely enjoy it.

The ingredients you will need for this are
6 flavors of jello ( Flavors recommended are Strawberry, orange, lemon, lime, berry blue, and grape. Just so you can have a rainbow)
5-1/4 oz envelopes Knox Gelatin (Comes in boxes of 4, so 2 boxes.
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

To start you make one batch of white gelatin for the white layers. (To make enough you could make two separate batches one at the beginning and another halfway through). Second, bring 1 ¾ cups water to boil over the stove or microwave. In a microwave safe bowl, add water and one can of sweetened condensed milk. Set aside afterward. Third, bring 1 ¼ cups of water to boil. Remove from the heat. Slowly stir in w 2 ½ packets of Knox Gelatin. Combine the milk mixture and the gelatin mixture. Let cool.

This is the final product of the St. Patrick’s Day Jello treat. It is definite that you and your family will enjoy this!

While that is cooling you can start making the first colored layer. I prefer for you to start going backward so start with a grape. In a big mixing bowl, add 2 cups of steaming water to jello. In a separate bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of cold water with ½ cup of ice. Add icy water of jello. Let cool to room temperature, by placing it in the refrigerator. As your colors are in the fridge, you could begin making the next couple of colors.

Now your jello should be all ready and you can start creating your treat. Put the jello into the measuring cup. Make sure it has a pouring spout so it will be easier for you to pour it into the. Pour jello into a cup to your desired height. Try to reduce the bubbles by pouring slowly and wiping away anything that dripped on the sides. After you are finished, place the glasses in the refrigerator or freezer until the layer is set. After that layer is set, pour a thin layer of cooled milk/gelatin. Look carefully at how thick you will need each color and each white layer so it reaches the top perfectly. Once you are done put some printable party flags and add some gold chocolate coins on the tray with the dessert. Enjoy your tasty dessert!
