When people said “Power Rangers,” you probably thought about the kids TV show. Now you can think about the new reboot. It brings a whole new definition to the Power Rangers. They even included the “morphing” from the TV show. The movie made some older kids like the Power Rangers again. “It was a little boring at the beginning but then sped up,” said Sean Bodjak. I have to agree. There is not a lot of action in the first 45 minutes of the movie because of the back stories. Since it is rated PG-13 most kids that enjoy the show can see it. Overall it is a great movie, but there is still some things that they could tweak.

Summary: Five teenagers find different color rocks and wake up with strange powers. They then find an underground base that holds the essence of the original Power Rangers founder. He instructs them to protect something precious, from Rita, an evil being waiting to destroy the power rangers and gaining power every minute. The Power Rangers must try and hope to stop her. I think that there should be a poll of how many stars there are like they do for movies and on Amazon.

My Personal Rating: 3/5 stars
